Returns:
  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Free Return Shipping:
  • We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns.
    Restocking Fee:
    • Shop With Jeannie does not charge restocking fees for returned items under $15. Items greater than $15 will may incur a 25% restocking fee. 
      Final Sale Items:
      • Please note that certain items may be labeled as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly marked, and this policy does not apply to them.
        Refunds:
        • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
        • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a 2-5 day timeframe.
